We sell fresh seafood products within New Zealand. All product descriptions, images and weights are for reference only. While we strive to be accurate, slight variations in size, weight and appearance may occur due to the natural characteristics of seafood. We do not guarantee that product colours shown on your screen will match the actual goods.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on the website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be completed at checkout. We will not process your order until payment has been successfully received.
4. Orders and Availability
Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for reasons including but not limited to product shortage, pricing error, or suspected fraudulent activity. If an item is out of stock after you place your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a refund or alternative.
5. Delivery
Delivery is available to eligible addresses within New Zealand. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Fresh seafood requires careful handling. You must ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the nominated address to avoid spoilage. We are not responsible for spoilage caused by missed delivery or incorrect address details provided by you.
6. Returns, Refunds and Complaints
Seafood is a perishable item. If you receive damaged, spoiled or incorrect goods, you must contact us at the support email within 4 hours of delivery and provide photos as evidence. We will assess each claim and may offer a refund, store credit or replacement at our discretion. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for fresh seafood.
7. Liability Limitation
Our liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the products you ordered. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or incidental damages arising from your use of our products or website, to the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law. Your statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are not excluded.
